Description
The MDT Create Agenda page provides team members with MDT Meeting Management privileges the ability to create a list of cases your team will review during the meeting. For more details about set-up and management of MDT meetings in NCAtrak click this link: Overview of MDT Meetings.
Your access to cases for the agenda is determined by the Case/People Access privileges granted to you by your CAC’s NCAtrak Security Officer. A message will display at the top of the page telling you if your access is limited in any way. Contact your local CAC Security Officer if you need assistance.
q Create a Roster
1. There are several pull down lists to use to filter though all the open cases in the system to narrow the number of cases that you will select from for the roster. Use the filters to locate the case(s) you want for the roster.
a. Filter by victim/client last name -
OR
b. Use any of the other filters described below in any combiniation:
· Include all cases appropriate for meeting type - select all, or the specific type of meeting you are planning. It will automatically display the type of meeting you are creating.
· And filter by cases opened after _________
· And filter by cases opened before _________
· And filter by referral reason -
· And filter by specific referral reason –
· And filter by cases ready for MDT review -
· Include Closed Cases -.
· Include ONLY Cases with Co-victims –
2. Click ‘Retrieve Cases Matching Criteria.’ A list will display of all the cases that match the criteria you selected.
3. Click ‘Select All’ or Click specific check boxes to select the cases you actually want to include on the roster.
4. Click ‘Add Selected Cases to Agenda’. These cases that you have selected will be added to the ‘Conduct Meeting’ Tab.
5. Click ‘Reset’ and repeat the steps above to add more cases to the roster,
or
go to the ‘Conduct Meeting’ tab to continue setting up the roster.
