NCAtrak Schedule Reports provide designated team members with the ability to generate reports about
the activities of the CAC, and/or specific personnel that are related to their cases. Additionally, Schedule Reports
includes the ability to generate General Event Schedule Reports.
NOTE: Your access to case/people data is determined by the Case/People Access privileges granted to
you by your CAC’s NCAtrak Security Officer. A message will display at the top of the page telling
you if your access is limited in any way. Contact your local CAC Security Officer if you need
assistance.

STEP 3: Start and End Dates
Use the “Start Date” and “End Date” calendars to create a date range for the report. For example,

STEP 4: Select Report Format
Select the file format from the “Report File Type” radio buttons. Only one selection can be made at
a time. The default format will be what is set under “Reports Setup” for your CAC but you can
choose a different format depending on what you want for this report.
The choices include:
• PDF – non-editable, finished report format
• Word – open in Word format, or save to your computer as a Word document so you can edit. A
pop-up window will display from your computer asking you if you want to open the file or save the
file. You can select either. To save the file, click ‘Save’ and you will then have the chance to
identify where you want to save it and what you want to name it.
• HTML – a format that you can view without page breaks like any other web page.
NOTE: Check the “Separate Page for Each Day” box to make your report have only one day’s
worth of information on each page of the report.

Troubleshooting
If you get an error message and/or your report will not run, there are two things to check on your
computer:
1. Check to see if you have a Pop-up Blocker running and, if so, set it so that you can receive
pop-ups from NCAtrak.
2. You may have a setting in your Internet Options that needs adjustment:
• Under Internet Explorer, choose Tools.
• Under Tools, choose Internet Options.
• Under Internet Options, click on the Security tab, and then click on "Custom Level".
• Find the "Downloads" section of custom level security settings.
• Click on "Enable" for "File downloads"
• Click “OK.”
