The Personnel Search feature provides designated team members with the ability to search for personnel working in agencies that make up your multidisciplinary team. The search results will provide the following details on each person:


• Name

• Agency

• Agency Address

• Contact Information, including telephone, cellphone and email address


Click on the “Search” drop down arrow on the left menu and select “Personnel.”

NOTE: Your access to case/people data is determined by the Case/People Access privileges granted to you by your CAC’s NCAtrak Security Officer. A message will display at the top of the page telling you if your access is limited in any way. Contact your local CAC Security Officer if you need assistance.


Search Personnel by Name


Enter a last and/or first name.


Check the “Include Inactive Personnel” box if you wish to include inactive personnel in your search results.


Click the ‘Search’ button.

Results matching the criteria you set will be displayed in a table below the fields.


NOTE: The search is not case-sensitive. For example, entering “cathy” will find “Cathy” as well as “CATHY”. But spaces and other characters embedded within the name must be entered exactly to be found such as hyphenated last names like “Smith-Cline”. Alternatively, you could enter “Smith” only and get a list of all persons with last names beginning with “Smith” including someone with a last name of “Smith-Cline”.


Search by Agency


To search by a specific agency, select that agency from the “Agency Name” list.


Tick on the “Include Inactive Agencies” check box if you wish to include inactive/removed agencies in your search results.


The table will refresh and display all of the personnel who are listed as working for the selected agency.

Search by Type of Agency


To search by an agency type, select the agency type from the “Agency Type” list.


Check the “Include Inactive Agencies” box if you wish to include inactive agencies in your search results.


The table will refresh to display all of the personnel who are listed as working for the selected type of agency.

View Case Load Information


The search results will display all matching personnel to the search criterion you chose.


Once you have located the personnel in the table whom you want to see the case load of, click on “View Cases.”

The case load details include the name of the child, the case number, and the date the case was received by the CAC.
