NCAtrak allows users to email MDT Members when services are scheduled. To activate this feature a security officer will need to check the checkbox for Allow Email Notifications for Session within the NCAtrak Configuration Settings.

Any personnel or MDT members added to NCAtrak can select which sessions to email.

When a session is created the Send Email Button when clicked will send an email to personnel with the checkbox checked to receive emails for that session and have been assigned as a provider for that session.

When the email is received from NCAtrak the personnel can add the scheduled session to their outlook calendar and if they are an authorized user of NCAtrak can click the link in the email to access the specific case the session has been scheduled.
