 TABLE OF CONTENTS

Since 2005, the NCAtrak team has been working closely with NCAtrak users in bringing you a platform with an evolving powerful suite of tools that will help you make the most impact in creating a brighter future for all kids.

A heads up that our December Update will be releasing next week this Tuesday, December 9th, 2025. Take a look at what you can expect.

Custom Tabs & Tab Names for Tailored Workflows

Security Officers will be able to create and manage a custom tab for their CAC staff to use, making it possible to create a custom workflow or set of field permissions.

  • Security Officers can pick and choose fields from other tabs within NCAtrak to create a unique view for their staff.
  • Security Officers can name the custom tab and create custom labels for the default case tabs within NCAtrak.
  • The Custom Tab receives its own View & Update permissions, meaning you can add and grant permission to specific fields from more sensitive tabs without granting staff permissions to those other tabs.

Centralized E-mail Management

Users will now be able to manage staff e-mail addresses centrally on the person profile instead of adding or updating the records for each separate case.

  • No more re-entering emails on each individual case—saving time and reducing errors.
  • In case creation, contact information can also be copied from another person on the case.

NCA Report Submission Updates

The form for submitting your NCA Report stats has been updated to grant better visibility and control over the numbers being reported.

  • A table will now display which includes all open and prior submission periods, including their status and action buttons for each period.
  • Subscribers will now see a form which is pre-populated with stats and can be manually updated as needed prior to submission.

Submissions can now be saved as a draft before submitting, making it easier to prepare your stats incrementally instead of racing the logout timer to complete everything.
